Sweetbriar is a traditional Cornish stone-built house with slate floors in kitchen, dining and sitting rooms.
Centrally heated throughout, with underfloor heating in both bathrooms and instant hot water in bathrooms and kitchen. The house is fitted with double glazed windows and thermally insulated doors.
All beds are new and the linen provided is Egyptian cotton. The 'state of the art' plumbing delivers really effective central heating and instant hot water in both bathrooms and the kitchen. All three bedrooms are carpeted.
